Coloque sus objetos de valor en la caja de seguridad dentro del armario. La empresa declina toda responsabilidad por los objetos de valor dejados en la habitación. Siga las instrucciones dentro de la caja para su programación o vaya a la página para instrucciones detalladas para su uso. Solicite ayuda en recepción ante cualquier dificultad.

Lavandería / Laundry.
Puede solicitar servicio de lavandería en Recepción, le subiremos a su habitación las bolsas correspondientes. Asesórese en Recepción para el lavado de ropa delicada.

Desayuno / Breakfast.
El desayuno se sirve en el Lobby bar de 7:00 hs a 10:30 hs.
Si lo desea puede solicitar que le enviemos el desayuno a su habitación.

Gimnasio / Fitness Center.
En el piso 9º cuenta con un moderno fitness center abierto de 9:00 hs a 21:00 hs. Los menores de 16 años deberán estar acompañados por un adulto.

Piscina / Pool.
En el piso 10º cuenta con una piscina descubierta climatizada. Abierta de 09.00 hs a 21:00 hs. Los menores de 16 años deberán estar acompañados por un adulto. El uso de la piscina es bajo exclusiva responsabilidad del huésped. AQ declina cualquier responsabilidad por el uso de la misma. Por favor lea el reglamento de uso.
The 10th floor has an outdoor heated swimming pool.
Open from 09:00 am. to 09.00 pm.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The use of the pool is under the sole responsibility of the guest.

RECOMENDACIONES DE SEGURIDAD / SAFETY RECOMENDATIONS.
Asegúrese de que la puerta de su habitación quede cerrada tanto al entrar como al salir de la misma.
Si alguien llama a su puerta diciendo ser empleado del hotel sin haberlo solicitado por favor verifique llamando a recepción.
No brinde información de sus tarjetas de crédito o datos personales de manera telefónica. Los funcionarios del hotel nunca le solicitarán dicha información por vía telefónica.
Si ve o escucha cualquier actividad sospechosa, informe a recepción.
Los menores deben estar acompañados en todo momento al circular por el establecimiento.
Esta prohibido fumar en todo el hotel.

Make sure that the door of your room is closed as long as you enter and leave the room.
If someone knocks on your door claiming to be an employee of the hotel without having requested please check by calling reception.

INCENDIO / FIRE.
Familiarícese con la ubicación de las salidas de emergencia de los pasillos, alarmas y extintores.
Si suena una alarma o recibe instrucciones de evacuación, verifique el nivel de calor y humo detrás de su puerta. Si no no hay peligro diríjase con calma a la salida de emergencia. Nunca utilice el ascensor.
Si se ve obligado a permanecer dentro de su habitación, coloque toallas mojadas bajo la puerta y comuníquese con recepción. Apague los aires acondicionados y permanezca a nivel del suelo.
Familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency exits of the hallways, alarms and fire extinguishers.
If an alarm sounds or you receive evacuation instructions, check the level of heat and smoke behind your door. If there is no danger, proceed calmly to the emergency exit.
Never use the elevator.
If you are forced to stay inside your room, place wet towels under the door and contact reception. Turn off air conditioners and stay at ground level.

Nespresso.
1. Conecte la cafetera Nespresso a la corriente.
2. Llene el compartimento posterior con agua.
3. Coloque una cápsula Nespresso.
4. Encienda la Nespresso presionando el botón de café largo o corto o el botón de encendido según modelo.
5. Cuando las luces dejan de titilar seleccione café corto o café largo según desee. Si su taza está por rebalsar presione café corto o largo para detener el llenado.

Tetera eléctrica.
1. Llene el compartimento con agua.
2. Presione el botón de encendido y espere a que el agua hierva.

Advertencia! No coloque elementos que contengan metales en su composición.
Seleccione cocción rápida. Controle el tiempo de cocción. Para recalentar alimentos, nunca seleccione más de 2 minutos.

1. Connect the Nespresso machine to the power.
2. Fill the back compartment with water.
3. Place a Nespresso capsule.
4. Turn on the Nespresso by pressing the long or short coffee button or the power button according to model.
5. When the lights stop blinking, select short coffee or long coffee as desired. If your cup is about to overflow, press short or long coffee to stop filling.
