No brinde información de sus tarjetas de crédito o datos personales de manera telefónica. Los funcionarios del hotel nunca le solicitarán dicha información por vía telefónica.
Si ve o escucha cualquier actividad sospechosa, informe a recepción.
Los menores deben estar acompañados en todo momento al circular por el establecimiento.
Esta prohibido fumar en todo el hotel.

Si se ve obligado a permanecer dentro de su habitación, coloque toallas mojadas bajo la puerta y comuníquese con recepción. Apague los aires acondicionados y permanezca a nivel del suelo.
